Bulletin details

The warmest stretch of weather so far this summer is expected from Wednesday through the weekend. High temperatures warming into the upper 70s or lower 80s each day with lows dipping into the 50s are expected. Areas of wildfire smoke across the middle Tanana Valley are already reducing air quality. Light winds are unlikely to clear out the smoke. Drinking plenty of fluids, avoiding strenuous outdoor activity, and limiting exposure to smoke is recommended.
