At 541 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near New West Greene, or 16 miles south of Aliceville, moving east at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Boligee, Gainesville, New West Greene, Panola, West Greene, Warsaw, New Mount Hebron, and Pleasant Ridge.
