At 343 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles southeast of Shongaloo, or 10 miles west of Homer, moving south at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Minden, Homer, Haynesville, Cotton Valley, Sarepta, Emerson, Shongaloo, Atlanta, Evergreen, Athens, Lisbon, Leton, Holly Springs, Spring Lake, Lake Clairborne, Couchwood, Walkerville, Gilark, Antioch and Aycock.
