Bartlett, Germantown, West Memphis, Marion, Millington, Meeman Shelby Forest State Park, Cordova, Memphis, Sunset, Ellendale, Downtown Memphis, Frayser, Midtown Memphis, Mound City, Griffin Corner, Gammon, Woodstock, Wyandoke, St Clair, and Harvard. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 in Arkansas between mile markers 277 and 284. Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 1 and 16. Interstate 240 between mile markers 12 and 15, and between mile markers 27 and 30. Interstate 55 in Arkansas between mile markers 1 and 11. Interstate 55 in Tennessee between mile markers 9 and 12.
