IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Kennett, Caruthersville, Portageville, Hayti, Steele, Reelfoot Lake State Park, Tiptonville, Ridgely, Hayti Heights, Cooter, Wardell, Bolton, Deering, Heloise, Miston, Cottonwood Grove, Hornbeak, Holland, Samburg, and Bragg City. This includes Interstate 55 in Missouri between mile markers 2 and 31.
