IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Avondale, Goodyear, Cashion, Estrella Mountain Park, and Estrella Mountain Ranch. This includes AZ Interstate 10 between mile markers 123 and 131.
