HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured...
What the bulletin says to do
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. If on or near Lake Powell, get out of the water and move indoors or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 10 miles from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now! Do not be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.

Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Page, LeChee, Page Municipal Airport, Antelope Point Marina, Glen Canyon Dam, Marble Canyon Airport, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Marble Canyon, Wahweap, Antelope Island, Golliard Park, Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Lees Ferry and Tsin Yaa Ninti. This includes the following slot canyons... Upper Antelope Canyon, Lower Antelope Canyon, Cathedral Wash, Waterholes Canyon, Cathedral Wash, Cardiac Canyon, Owl Canyon, Rattlesnake Canyon, Mountain Sheep Canyon, Ramshead Canyon, Wind Pebble Canyon and Porcupine Canyon. This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 89 between mile markers 532 and 556. U.S. Highway 89A between mile markers 534 and 539. State Route 98 between mile markers 548 and 549. This includes the following recreation areas and campgrounds...
