At 557 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Peoria, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Sun City West, Sun City, and Arrowhead Mall. This includes the following highways... AZ Interstate 17 between mile markers 217 and 223. AZ Route 101 between mile markers 13 and 22. AZ Route 74 between mile markers 22 and 30.
