At 320 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles southwest of Mt. Signal, or 13 miles south of Plaster City, moving north at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Plaster City, Mt. Signal, Dixieland, and Seeley. This includes the following highways... CA Interstate 8 between mile markers 18 and 36. CA Route 98 between mile markers 8 and 26.
