At 442 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Hwy 79 Between Santa Ysabel And Warner Springs, or 11 miles north of Julian, moving northwest at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Warner Springs, Ranchita, Hwy 79 Between Oak Grove And Aguanga, Hwy 79 Between Santa Ysabel And Warner Springs, Hwy 79 Between Warner Springs And Oak Grove, Hwy S2 Between Hwy 79 And Hwy 78, Lake Henshaw, S7 East Grade Rd, Palomar Mountain, Oak Grove, Los Coyotes Indian Reservation, Santa Ysabel Indian Reservation, and Santa Ysabel.
