At 617 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 16 miles south of Crawford, or 17 miles east of Montrose, moving west at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Cimmaron, Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 50 in Colorado between mile markers 102 and 115. Colorado 92 between mile markers 46 and 56.
