At 402 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 11 miles south of Kimball Municipal Airport to 10 miles east of Pawnee Buttes, or extending from 14 miles south of Kimball to 30 miles south of Kimball, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Westplains.
