At 131 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers and storms along a line extending from Monument to near Victor to 7 miles north of Canon City. Movement was east southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and brief rainfall. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Colorado Springs, Fountain, Monument, Air Force Academy, Manitou Springs, Palmer Lake, Calhan, Green Mountain Falls, Victor, Ramah, Hanover, Truckton, Yoder, Peyton, Security, Security-Widefield, Falcon, Stratmoor, Chipita Park, and Gleneagle.
