At 816 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm capable of producing a landspout over Kingsley, or 7 miles east of Starke, moving north at 25 mph. HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts around 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Starke, Interlachen, Keystone Heights, Melrose, Middleburg, Hawthorne, George's Lake, Lake Geneva, Florahome, and Camp Blanding.
