At 105 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Crescent Beach, or 9 miles east of Hastings, moving southeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph and excessive cloud-to-ground lightning. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
