At 952 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm capable of producing a landspout near Fleming Island, or 7 miles northwest of Green Cove Springs, moving north at 25 mph. HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Jacksonville, Orange Park, Middleburg, Arlington, Fleming Island, Ortega, Oakleaf Plantation, Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace, Bryceville, and Cecil Field.
