At 310 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Inverness Highlands South to Citrus Park to 7 miles east of Lakewood Ranch. Movement was west at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Tampa, Spring Hill, Clearwater, Largo, Sarasota, Bradenton, Pinellas Park, Seminole, New Port Richey, Palmetto, Brooksville, Downtown Saint Petersburg, Hudson, Fort Desoto Park, Holiday, Homosassa Springs, Saint Petersburg, Lutz, St. Petersburg, and St. Pete Beach.
