At 445 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles northwest of Ona to 8 miles east of Parrish to South Bradenton. Movement was northwest at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Tampa, Lakeland, Sarasota, Bradenton, Plant City, Temple Terrace, Palmetto, Longboat Key, Fish Hawk, Anna Maria Island, Gandy Bridge, Brandon, Sunshine Skyway Bridge, St. Petersburg, Anna Maria, Hillsborough River State Park, Greater Sun Center, Palm River-Clair Mel, Memphis, and East Lake-Orient Park.
