Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Seek safe shelter inside a sturdy building or hard-topped vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike beyond 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. When thunder roars, go indoors!

Additional storm development is possible as an outflow boundary lifts north across this area. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lake Wales, Highland Park, Waverly, and Babson Park.
