At 343 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6 miles northwest of Metter, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Metter, Pulaski, Register, Aline, Union, Parish, Metter Municiple Airport, Olifftown, Brannen Lake and Canoe Pond. This includes I-16 between mile markers 96 and 113.
