At 937 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm capable of producing a landspout 11 miles east of Mayday, or 12 miles east of Statenville, moving north at 30 mph. HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts around 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of central Echols and west central Clinch Counties.
