IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Hardeeville, Purysburgh, Ebenezer, Deerfield, Morgan and Coastal Carolina Hospital. This includes I-95 in South Carolina between mile markers 8 and 12.
