At 343 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 4 miles southeast of Toccoa to 9 miles northwest of Homer. Movement was southeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Toccoa, Carnesville, Cornelia, Baldwin, Lavonia, Mount Airy, Alto, Martin, Avalon, and Gumlog.
