IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Richmond Hill, Coffee Bluff, Windsor Forest, Midtown Savannah, Hunter Army Airfield, Downtown Savannah, Wilmington Island, Montgomery, Garden City and Thunderbolt. This includes the following highways... I-95 in Georgia between mile markers 91 and 96. I-516 near mile marker 3.
