At 256 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Harlem, or 9 miles southeast of Thomson, moving southeast at 5 mph. Also scattered storms in Burke and Richmond Counties could produce gusty winds in the next half hour. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Hephzibah, Harlem, Gough, Blythe, Dearing, Keysville, Vidette, Leitner Lake Conference Center, Arties Pond Public Fishing Area, Adamsville, Bath-Edie, Pea Patch Aerodrome, Autney, Ellwood, and Rosier.
