IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Harpers Ferry around 350 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include County Roads A 52 And X 52, Volney, Waterville, Elon, Maud, Watson, Dalby, Yellow River State Forest, Thompson Corner, and Waukon Jct.
