At 421 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking decaying thunderstorms generating strong wind gusts along a line extending from near Black River Falls to 6 miles south of Bangor to 8 miles north of Waukon. Movement was east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Sparta, Tomah, Richland Center, Mauston, Viroqua, Black River Falls, Lansing, Friendship, Boscobel, New Lisbon, Westby, Adams, Bangor, Elroy, Hillsboro, Muscoda, Cashton, Necedah, Wonewoc, and Stoddard. This includes the following highways... Interstate 94 between mile markers 109 and 147. Interstate 90/94 between mile markers 46 and 86. Interstate 90 in Wisconsin between mile markers 14 and 45.
