Bulletin details

Light winds and very humid conditions have resulted in areas of fog across portions of eastern Iowa and northwest Illinois. The fog could become locally dense at times with visibilities down to a quarter mile, especially in low-lying locations. Expect conditions to quickly improve by the mid morning hours. Motorists should exercise caution as visibilities may change suddenly over short distances. Use low beam headlights and leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle ahead.
