SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Slowing or redirecting of traffic due to ponding or flowing water. Closure of waterfront access due to flooding. Locations impacted include... Muscatine, Wapello, Columbus Junction, West Liberty, Wilton, New London, Mediapolis, Lone Tree, Winfield, Fruitland, Morning Sun, New Boston, Keithsburg, Grandview, Conesville, Eliza, Joy, Bennett, Columbus City, and Letts. This includes Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 261 and 276.
