SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. IMPACT...Slowing or redirecting of traffic due to ponding or flowing water. Closure of waterfront access due to flooding. Locations impacted include... Cedar Rapids, Marion, Hiawatha, Robins, Center Point, Central City, Walker, Alburnett, Coggon, Prairieburg, Whittier, Toddville, Troy Mills, Waubeek, Paris, Buffalo Creek Park, Howard H Cherry Scout Reservation, Linn County Fairgrounds, Pinicon Ridge Park, and Lafayette. This includes Interstate 380 between mile markers 22 and 36.
