Southeastern Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, Offutt AFB, Plattsmouth, Glenwood, Carter Lake, Malvern, Sidney, Louisville, Tabor, Treynor, Crescent, Pacific Junction, Murray, Emerson, Cedar Creek, Macedonia, and Silver City. This includes the following highways... Interstate 29 between mile markers 15 and 63. Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 1 and 11. Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 452 and 454.
