At 505 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles south of Portneuf Gap, or 9 miles west of McCammon, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Soda Springs, McCammon, Lava Hot Springs, Swanlake, Grace, Inkom, Downey, Arimo, Rockland, Holbrook Summit, Thatcher, Oneida Narrows Reservoir, Fort Hall Bannock Peak, Portneuf Gap, Virginia, Oxford, Mink Creek Pass, Liberty, Mink Creek, and Hawkins Reservoir.
