Chillicothe, Eureka, Lacon, Washington, Metamora, Germantown Hills, Henry, Minonk, Roanoke, Rome, Toluca, Washburn, Goodfield, Congerville, Spring Bay, Benson, Sparland, Varna, Secor, and Edelstein. This includes the following highways... Interstate 39 between mile markers 17 and 31. Interstate 74 between mile markers 111 and 116. This also includes Marshall State Fish and Wildlife Area and Woodford State Fish and Wildlife Area.
