At 333 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Bluffs, or 8 miles northwest of Winchester, moving south at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Winchester, Bluffs, Manchester, Alsey, Glasgow, Naples, Exeter, Valley City, and Merritt. This includes Interstate 72 between mile markers 43 and 56.
