At 650 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Convoy, or 8 miles west of Van Wert, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Van Wert, Decatur, Convoy, Ohio City, Middlebury, Middle Point, Willshire, Wren, Venedocia, Glenmore, Cavett, Dull, Abanaka, Jonestown, Rivare, Schumm, and Pleasant Mills.
