At 444 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Lebanon, or 17 miles south of Frankfort, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lebanon, Whitestown, and Ulen. This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 128 and 143.
