HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Kokomo, Frankfort, Noblesville, Lebanon, Tipton, Windfall, Westfield, Cicero, Whitestown, Sheridan, Greentown, Arcadia, Rossville, Thorntown, Mulberry, Russiaville, Kirklin, Atlanta, Sharpsville, and Burlington. This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 134 and 157.
