At 404 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Lafayette, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Lafayette, West Lafayette, Rossville, Dayton, Battle Ground, Mulberry, and Purdue University. This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 166 and 178.
