At 1144 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Shelbyville, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Shelbyville, Adams, Morristown, St. Paul, Fairland, Manilla, Waldron, Moscow, and Arlington. This includes Interstate 74 between mile markers 107 and 131.
