At 442 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 11 miles south of Vernon to 10 miles southwest of Madison. Movement was east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Madison, Bedford, Hanover, Saluda, Smyrna, Milton, Kent, Dupont, Wakefield, and Middlefork.
