At 820 PM MDT/920 PM CDT/, a cluster of strong thunderstorms was reported along a line extending from 11 miles southeast of McDonald to 10 miles northeast of Goodland to 3 miles northwest of Ruleton. Movement was east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Public. At 813 MT / 913 CT, a 50 mph gust was reported 1 mile WSW of Goodland, Kansas by a public weather station. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Goodland around 825 PM MDT. This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 0 and 47.
