At 847 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Kenvir to near Cubage to near Noetown. Movement was southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Harlan, Middlesboro, Loyall, Evarts, Wallins Creek, Bobs Creek, Mary Alice, Dizney, Chevrolet, Varilla, Coldiron, Ponza, Black Snake, Elcomb, Cubage, Binghamtown, White Star, Hutch, Blackmont, and Black Mountain. THIS INCLUDES U.S. Highway 25 East in Bell County between mile markers 1 and 11.
