At 651 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Lipps, or 10 miles southeast of Manchester, moving northeast at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Hoskinston, Enline, Essie, Brightshade, Marcum, Bobs Fork, Goose Rock, Creekville, Barcreek, Ogle, Lipps, Plank, Spurlock, Peabody, Stinnett, Ice Cliff, Jacks Creek, Hosea, Ashers Fork, and Roark. THIS INCLUDES Hal Rogers Parkway between mile markers 25 and 41.
