At 552 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Polksville, or near Owingsville, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Morehead, Owingsville, Marshall, Salt Lick, Ramey, Peasticks, Olympia Springs, Yale, Moore's Ferry, Christy, Bourbon Furnace, Sharkey, Bangor, Slate Valley, Cogswell, Zilpo, Pelfrey, Polksville, Crix, and Olympia. THIS INCLUDES Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky between mile markers 121 and 140.
