At 1023 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Grange City, or 9 miles northeast of Owingsville, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Morehead, Marshall, Salt Lick, Cranston, Ramey, Wyoming, Peasticks, Moore's Ferry, Triplett, Christy, Hilda, Sharkey, Muses Mills, Polksville, Crix, Oakley, Farmers, Munson, Brandy, and Bluestone. THIS INCLUDES Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky between mile markers 124 and 148.
