IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Elkhorn City, Wheelwright, Pippa Passes, Drew, Melvin, Dry Creek, Raven, Shelby Gap, Mousie, Hi Hat, Beefhide, Kite, Ashcamp, Omaha, Burton, Larkslane, Marrowbone, Dorton, Ivan, and Beaver. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS... U.S. Highway 23 in Lethcher County between mile markers 4 and 7. U.S. Highway 23 in Pike County between mile markers 0 and 15.
