At 714 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 miles southeast of Patriot, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Locations impacted include... Williamstown, Crittenden, Dry Ridge, Glencoe, Munk, Ryle, Northcutt, Interstate 71 at US Route 127, Eagle Hill, Napoleon, Sherman, Elliston, and Verona. This includes the following Interstates... I-71 in Kentucky between mile markers 62 and 69. I-75 in Kentucky between mile markers 157 and 167. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
