If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for southeastern Ohio.

At 412 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Rosemount to Wagner Store. Movement was east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Portsmouth, Ironton, Grayson, Olive Hill, Oak Hill, Blaine, Grayson Lake State Park, Carter Caves State Park, New Boston, Greenup, Coalton, Denton, Gesling, Greenbo Lake, Oldtown, Load, Letitia, Bruin, Webbville, and Princess. This includes Interstate 64 in Kentucky between mile markers 150 and 184.
