IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Hyden, Blackey, Big Fork, Hoskinston, Leatherwood, Essie, Cinda, Bluefield, Red Star, Arthur, Dryhill, Big Laurel, Totz, Smilax, Viper, Daley, Kaliopi, Asher, Elko, and Hallie. THIS INCLUDES Hal Rogers Parkway between mile markers 41 and 51.
