At 429 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking outflow winds from thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles southwest of Owenton to 10 miles west of Cynthiana. Movement was southeast at 60 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include...
